Expressions convey much more information for me than words ever could. The human face always gives away its secrets. You just have to look closely.
I particularly enjoy painting images of people who may not be 'beautiful' in the conventional sense, but whose faces tell a story, and whose character shines through. (The people who I would 'really' like to meet).
