and three of my colleagues
will explore the theme of
"Home and Away" from our
differnt perspecives: I am an
Ex-patriot resident in Brunei,
and they are Brunei Nationals
recently returned from
overseas.

Welcome to Katy Hick's Portfolio. Browse Hick's body of work: I work in various media depending upon what I feel is most appropriate to the idea. Therefore, I include Prints: either hand made using dry point techniques or Computer and photographically generated, Sculptures and installations using recycled materials, Mosaics using traditional methods and lastly acrylic painting.
All my work is created from my own first hand research, recorded through drawing, sketching, painting and photography. Ideas develop spontaneously out of that experience and I work them up in a way that exemplifies the point I wish to make.
