Welcome to Joanne Kaliontzis's Portfolio.
Formally trained as a Graphic Designer, I have learned to balance my career with the need to be a working artist. Over the years I have turned my design and imaging skills into a personal art style and visual language. My digital-pop collages are color saturated form explorations. The pieces usually begin with packages, boxes, labels, or "found" graphic design. I am especially attracted to "low" design and images have a sense of "Pop", Americana or ethnic culture to them.
